1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern the sale of agricultural equipment and farm supplies by Terra Trade (unit of Dream Gadgets) to you ("Buyer"). By placing an order via our website, phone, or email, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Scope

We supply agricultural equipment, irrigation systems, soil testing instruments, shade nets, solar accessories, and natural fiber products. Our products are intended for agricultural, commercial, horticultural, and domestic garden use.

3. Ordering & Pricing

Pricing: Prices displayed are subject to change based on manufacturer pricing and market conditions. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of invoicing.
Bulk Orders: Orders exceeding standard stock limits must be confirmed via our sales team.

4. Payment Terms

Methods: We accept Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, and Cheque (subject to realization).
COD: Cash on Delivery is available for specific pincodes and order values, subject to carrier availability.

5. Quality & Standards

We supply farm equipment from certified manufacturers. While we ensure quality through inspection and testing, minor cosmetic variations may exist. All equipment comes with standard manufacturer warranty where applicable.

6. Limitation of Liability

Terra Trade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the goods supplied.

7. Governing Law

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
